Southlake, TX · Garage Door Service
Corinth homes went up mostly around 1997, so the openers and torsion springs on this side of the service area are hitting the same age at the same time. Tune-ups from Southlake, 14 miles out.
Most of Corinth went up around 1997, which puts the garage door hardware on these houses squarely in the torsion-spring-and-steel-panel era - not the older extension-spring setups you'd find in a much older neighborhood, and not the insulated composite doors going in on new builds today. The truck carries torsion springs sized for standard 7-foot steel doors, nylon rollers, and the safety-sensor pairs that opener makers started requiring industry-wide right around when these houses were framed.
What we don't carry in bulk: parts for openers that predate photo-eye sensors entirely. If a Corinth house still has its original opener from construction, that unit is close to 30 years old, and a board failure on something that dated usually means we're quoting a replacement, not a repair. We'll tell you straight if that's where you land instead of running up a bill chasing a part nobody stocks anymore.
